I had horrible headaches and nausea as I've only had a couple of times in my life from really bad MSG. I got the food with plain white rice and plain meat and my husband had regular food. All of their sauces and all of their fried rices are pre-made and therefore all have really large amounts of MSG. He said the only thing that they have that does not have MSG is rice and playing me. The guy looked uncomfortable, but said it does have MSG in almost all of it. At pick up I double-checked one last time that there was no MSG as I'm very sensitive to it and get very sick. So I placed an order and went to pick it up. use MSG, they will tell you that they do not. I rarely even do reviews, but after getting a sick as my husband and I did, I wanted to write one.
